继续使用「金掌柜」即表示您理解并同意以下要点：
一、软件用途
本软件供合法经营的按摩、美甲等个护门店进行预约排班、收银记账与内部报表。您须确保使用方式符合当地法律法规与行业规范。
二、账号与设备
老板账号、前台账号、屏保密码与店面资料由您自行保管。试用期实行一店一机且须联网校验；付费后可多端，并至少每 7 天成功联网校验一次。敏感操作（解绑、改邮箱、恢复备份等）仅老板可进行。
三、数据
预约、客人与营业数据默认保存在您本机。请定期备份。因本机损坏、未备份或误操作导致的数据丢失，软件发行方在法律允许范围内不承担赔偿责任。详见 隐私政策。
四、订阅、取消与退款
试用与订阅以 官网订阅页 及软件内提示为准。取消续订后，已付费周期结束前仍可使用；周期结束后或退款成功后授权停用。详见 退款政策 与 Customer Portal。
五、禁止行为
禁止反向工程、破解授权、传播未经授权的安装包，以及冒用 Hansonsoft / 金掌柜品牌。
六、变更
我们可能更新本条款。重要变更将通过软件内提示或本页公布；继续使用即视为接受更新后的条款。

By continuing to use Jinzhanggui, you agree to the following:
1. Purpose
Jinzhanggui is for lawful massage, nail, and personal-care shops for scheduling, payments, and internal reporting. You must comply with applicable laws and industry rules.
2. Accounts & devices
You are responsible for owner/front-desk accounts, screensaver passwords, and shop profile data. Trial is one shop per device and requires online checks. Paid plans may use multiple devices and must successfully check in at least every 7 days. Sensitive actions (unbind, change email, restore backup, etc.) are owner-only.
3. Data
Appointments, guests, and business data are stored locally by default. Please back up regularly. To the extent permitted by law, Hansonsoft is not liable for loss due to device failure, missing backups, or user error. See the Privacy Policy.
4. Subscription, cancel & refund
Trial and billing follow the website and in-app notices. After canceling renewal, access continues until the paid period ends; access ends after the period or upon successful refund. See Refund Policy and Customer Portal.
5. Prohibited
No reverse engineering, cracked licenses, unauthorized installers, or misuse of Hansonsoft / Jinzhanggui branding.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be shown in-app or on this page; continued use means acceptance.
