本《隐私政策》说明 Hansonsoft LLC（「我们」）在您使用「金掌柜」桌面版软件时的数据处理做法。金掌柜以本机存储为主，面向合法经营的按摩/个护门店内部店务使用。
一、我们收集的信息（云端）
- 店面资料（店名、电话、地址、老板邮箱等），用于报表抬头、订阅收据、授权与客服核验；
- 设备标识与授权/试用状态，用于防滥用、试用联网校验与付费周期校验；
- 邮箱验证相关记录（如验证时间），用于确认老板邮箱可用；
- 客服办理记录（如签发重置码的时间与结果），不含您的登录密码与完整激活码明文。
二、本机业务数据
客人、预约、按摩师、服务项目、店内审计等业务数据默认仅存于您的电脑。除非您主动备份导出，或使用我们另行说明的云联/同步功能，否则不会为营销目的上传至 Hansonsoft。我们客服在单机阶段默认无法查看您的店内排工与店内审计。
三、联网与第三方
试用期间软件会定期向授权服务校验；付费后至少每 7 天成功校验一次即可。支付由 Stripe 处理，适用其隐私政策。邮件验证码由邮件服务商代发。报表导出至 U 盘/本机文件夹由您本地完成。
四、您的权利
您可在设置中修改店面资料、导出备份或卸载软件。向我们请求删除云端店档/授权索引，请邮件 support@hansonsoft.com 并完成身份核验。

This Privacy Policy explains how Hansonsoft LLC (“we”) handles data when you use the Jinzhanggui desktop app. Jinzhanggui is local-first software for lawful massage / personal-care shop operations.
1. Information we collect in the cloud
- Shop profile (name, phone, address, owner email) for receipts, licensing, and support verification;
- Device identifiers and license/trial status for anti-abuse and online checks;
- Email verification records (e.g. verified-at) to confirm the owner email works;
- Support action logs (e.g. reset-code issuance time/result) without passwords or full activation-code plaintext.
2. On-device business data
Guests, appointments, therapists, services, and in-shop audit logs stay on your computer by default. We do not upload them for marketing unless you export a backup or use a separately disclosed cloud-sync feature. In the single-machine phase, support generally cannot view your in-shop schedule or audit logs.
3. Networking & third parties
During trial, the app periodically checks with our license service; after purchase, a successful check at least every 7 days is enough. Payments are processed by Stripe under its privacy policy. Email OTPs are sent via our email provider. Report exports to USB/local folders happen on your device.
4. Your rights
You may edit shop profile, export backups, or uninstall. To request deletion of cloud shop/license indexes, email support@hansonsoft.com and complete identity verification.
